By accessing or using Bidzy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Bidzy is a tokenized lead marketplace connecting service providers with customers in South Africa. Customers post service requests; providers purchase tokens to unlock and access qualified leads.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Tokens are virtual credits used to unlock leads on the platform. Token purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Token balances may expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Service providers must complete identity verification before unlocking leads. Bidzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or violate platform policies.
Users may not: share account credentials, use automated systems to access the platform, resell leads to third parties, post fraudulent or misleading content, or harass other users.
Bidzy acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of lead information or the suitability of providers.
